For posterity, since I neglected to post it earlier in the year. This super cut of old Monotype and Linotype films still gets me excited.
And for extra kicks, for those of you who are serious about this sort of thing, here is the collection of complete films that we showed on a loop at both Pencil to Pixel exhibitions. These come from a stack of films we have in the Monotype archive in Salfords, and from a collection gathered and digitized by Doug Wilson when he was working on his Linotype documentary.
