There usually isn’t anything inside any of those house, except an occasional set for a different place altogether. All the interiors are actually built on indoor soundstages.

Like it says above, these are all on the Warner Brothers lots in Los Angeles, as also shown here.
isnt the “munsters house” being used as Bree’s house in desperate Hosewives? in the arial photos you can plainly see Susan’s house to the right.
The 1st house is the house from Bewitched.
