I glance down at the package and see the big steaming-bowl logo that\u2019s on the noodle factory kitty-corner from where I live. I look at the address on the cellophane and \u2014 sure enough \u2014 I\u2019ve been eating snacks made in my neighborhood for weeks now. Kooky.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of my neighborhood, lovely East Williamsburg, I noticed a listing in <i><a href=\"www.papermag.com\">Paper<\/a><\/i> today (the issue with sinfully delicious <a href=\"http:\/\/us.imdb.com\/Name?Law,+Jude\">Jude Law<\/a> on the cover) that there&#8217;s a club near my house called Cima that does a big Body-&amp;-Soul-esque house party on saturday nights. In East Williamsburg!<\/p>\n<p>Jeez, maybe we&#8217;ll get a decent place to eat sometime soon. If there were one good caf\u00e9 or diner in my area, I would be there ALL THE TIME.<\/p>\n<p><!-- In case you give a crap, I\u2019m not in much of a better mood today, but at least two things have made me pretty happy:\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Simon finally came back from his month in India. It's very disruptive when your everyday close pals leave for such a long time. He, his boyfriend, and I sat around looking at his pictures and discussing the horrific state of public infrastructure in Madras. And the wonderfully wacky Indian pop culture.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>I came a cross a few links to <a href=\"http:\/\/crush.pitas.com\">this site<\/a>, a wonderful series of odes to crush-worthy boys. The currect favorite is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kottke.org\">Jason<\/a>, which I really can't blame them for, 'cuz he's so dreamy. All the crush confessions are lovely \u2014 they nail the heartbreaking, exhilirating tone of a crush perfectly.
