Sounds nifty. It\u2019s being co-produced by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyccomicbookmuseum.org\">New York City Comic Book Museum<\/a>, which despite my nerdy background I never even knew about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So who wants to go with me? I\u2019m mildly curious to see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frumpy.com\/\">Judd Winick<\/a> to see if he can finally shed the taint of the <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtv.com\/onair\/realworld\/archive\/season3.jhtml\">Real World<\/a><\/i> in my mind, but I\u2019m <i>very<\/i> curious to see a documentary they&#8217;re showing called <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyccomicbookmuseum.org\/exhibits\/ComicbooksandAids.htm\">Comic Books and AIDS: What\u2019s the Story?<\/a>,<\/i>a half-hour piece highlighting the comic book industry&#8217;s response to AIDS, and its usefulness as a tool in education, awareness and prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>And while we\u2019re on the subject of comics, I was just reading about an event called Comic Books Fight AIDS, being held on Decemeber 1 (World AIDS Day) at St. Luke\u2019s-Roosevelt Hospital here in New York Goddamn City.
