Fetishwear spending sprees! The waxing and waning of various flirtations!) but all that stuff always takes so much <i>time<\/i> and <i>effort<\/i> that I ought to be devoting to things that actually help pay my bills. But since I\u2019ve just started reading <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Orton-Diaries-Joe\/dp\/0306807335\">The Orton Diaries<\/a> on today\u2019s bus\/tube\/plane\/train trip, I\u2019m thinking again about a certain ex and all the similarities between him and Orton\u2019s carefully constructed public persona that just seem too perfect to be a coincidence. And the intro of the book also reminded me that Orton\u2019s diaries and letters are held at my old university, in the library where a certain someone also used to work.<\/p>\n<p>Also, Orton is still really sexy and smart and funny.
